No, you don’t need any special software. The virtual walk is streamed via a private link, which you can open directly in your web browser.
2. Is this a guided tour with narration?
No, our virtual walks are pure, unfiltered city experiences—no guides, no narration. You’ll see the city as it unfolds in real-time, with natural street sounds and live ambiance.
3. What if I lose connection during the stream?
If you get disconnected, try refreshing your browser or switching to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network. If you're unable to reconnect, email us at explore@nomadkar.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
4. The video is buffering or looks blurry. What should I do?
✔ Check your internet connection—at least 10 Mbps is recommended for a smooth experience.
✔ Try switching to a different network or refreshing the page.
✔ Manually adjust the video quality settings in the player.
5. Can I watch the walk later if I miss it?
No, all virtual walks are live-streamed only. However, if you miss your session, contact us as soon as possible to see if rescheduling is an option (subject to availability and terms).
